THIS INDENTURE, executed this lOth day of January, 1985,
between ELLA CAYNON SMITH, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of JACKIE LOUIE CAYNON, Deceased, Party of the First Part,
and JOHN A. CAYNON, a married man, whose address is: 17414 Fairway ~
Oak Drive, Spring, Texas, 77379, and JACKIE L. CAYNON, JR., a
married man, whose address is Route 2~ Box 234, Pelham Road,
Pelham, New Hampshire 03076, as tenants in common, parties of the
Second Part. ~~j

W I T N E S S E T H .
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Last Lr'ill and
Testament with regard to the Estate of JACKIE LOUIE CAYNON, and in
consideration of the premises and the sum of LOVE AND AFFECTION~
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
confirms to the Parties of the Second Part, as tenants in common,
their heirs and assigns forever, the real property located in St.
Lucie County, Florida,~legally described, to-wit:
Lot 15, Block 9, LINCOLN PARK N0. 2, according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4~
at Page 77, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie, County, Florida.
Subject to all mortgages, easements and encumbrances of Public Records.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belongino or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs, and assigns, as tenants in common.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the
Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance and the
laws of the State of Florida have been followed and complied with
in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Party of the First Part, as Personal ,
Representative of the Estate of JACKIE L. CAYNON, Deceased, has '
