23rd day of March 1984 is filed in which and in consideration of the sum of one
dollar lawgul money of the United States to it paid by. said defendants the recei
whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby forever acquit, exonerate, discharge, ~
and release from the lien and obligation of the damages and demands whatsoever, ~
for or on account or by reason of said judgment, the follwing described property ?
to-wit:
ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land ~ying and being situate in the
Township of Center, County o£ Beaver and Commonwealth of Pen:sylvania,being Lot
1Vo. 13 in the Cedar Ridge Estates Paln of Lots, which Plan recorded in the
Recorder's Office in and for the Count~~ of Beaver of November 9, 1978, in Plan ;
Book Vcl. 15 page 40. And it is further Agreed that the plaintiff above named wi
not look to the above mentioned and described premises, or any part thereof, for
payment or any part of the principal and interest of said above entitled ,judgmen ~
now or hereafter to become due, or any way disturb, molest put to charge or dama
the present, or any future owner or owners, occugier or occpiers of the said
above mentioned and described premises or any part or portion thereof, for or by =
reason of said judgment or any matter, cause o~r thing, thence accruing or to =
arise; provided that nothing herein contained shall affect the said ~udgment
or its legal validity sa far as respects all other lands and tenements of the -
said defendants. ~

May 9, 1984 (RELEASE) An instrument of writing over the hands and seals of ~
George J. Fedako, Asst. Vice President of Landmark Savings Association dated the ~
27th day of April, 1984 WHEREAS, on March 23, 1983 Landmark Savings Association
entered judgment against P.A.V.E ENTERPRISES, Inc. in the Court of Common Pleas
of Beaver County, No 412 of 1983, D.S.B. in the amount of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY
SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWELVE AND 9Q/100 ($327,712.90) DOLLARS, which
judgment by law binds all the real estate then of the said P,A.V.E. ENTERPRISES, `
INC. situate in the said Beaver County Pennsylvania, for payment thereof. ANU
WHEREAS, the said P.A.V.E. ENTERPRISES, INC. at the time of obtaining of the
said judgment were seized and possessed of; Lot No 10 in the Morgenstern Plan
of Lots Revision ~13, as described in Plan Book Volume 15 page 95 situate in the
Township of Raccoon, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
KI30W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT the said LANC:LaRK SAVINGS ASSOCIATION at the
instance and request of P.A.V.E. ENTERPTSES, INC., and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLL.4R and other good and valuable consideration (1.00) in hand well
and truly paid by P.A.V.E. ENTERPRISES INC., at the time of execution thereof, ;
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and intending to be legally bound hereby
does for itself, its successors, convenant, promise and agree with P.A.V.E. I
ENTERPRISES INC, its successors and assigns, that it will not, after the '
execution of these presents, attach or oevy upon sell or dispose of, claim or ;
demand the above described premises with the appurtenances thereto, or any part ~
of said premises, in or as a result of the said judgment, or assert or clain =
any state therein; in order that the said P.A.V.E. ENTERPRISES, I;3C., its
successors heirs or assigns shall and may hereafter hold, own and posses the
said premises free and cZear from the aforementioned judgment; PROVIDED HOWEVER,
that nothing herein contained shall invalidate the lien or security of the ;
aforementioned judgment upon any other real estate of P.A.V.E. ENTERPRISES, INC.
