SEVEN HUNDRED TWET.VE AND 9a/100 ($327,712.90) DOLLARS, which judgment by law
binds all the real estate then of the said P.A.V.E. ENTERPRISES INC. situate
in the said Beaver County, Pennsylvania, for the payment thereof. AND WHEREAS
the said P.A.V.E. ENTERPRISES, INC., at the time of the obtaining of the said
judgment were seized and possessed of: Lot No 14 in the Morgenstern Plan of Lots
Revision /E3, as described in Plan Book Volume 15 page 95 situate in the Township ~
of Raccoon, County of Beaver and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, KNOW ALL MENT BY £
"THESE PRESENTS the said LAir'DMARK SAVINGS ASSOCIATION at the instance and
request of P.A.V.E. ENTERPRISES, INC., And in consideration of the sum of ONE
DOLLAR and other good and valuable consideraCion (1.00) in hand
and truly paid by P.A.V.E. ENTERPRISES, INC., at the time of execution thereof,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and intending to be legally bound hereby
does for itself, its successors, convenant, promise and agree with P.A.V.E.
i ENTERPRISES, INC., its successors and assigns, that it will not, after the
execution of these premises, attach or loevy upon, sell or dispose of, claim or
demand the above-described premises with the appurtenances thereto, or any part
of said premises, in or as a result of the said judgment, or assert or claim any
estate therein; in order that the said P.A.V.E. ENTERPRISES, INC., its successor
heirs or assigns shall and may hereafter hold, own and possess the said premises ~
free and clear from the aforementioned judgment: PROVIDED, HOWEVER that nothing ~
herein contained shall invalidate the lien or security of the aforementioned
judgment upon any other real estate of P.A.V.E. ENTERPRISES, INC.

18, 1984, is filed in which and in consideration of the sum of one dollar lawful ~
money of the United States, to it paid by said defendants the receipt whereof is i
hereby acknowledged, does hereby forever acquit, exonerate, discharge and releas ~
~ from the lien and obligation of the above entitled judgment and of and from all
~ suits, actions, executions, costs, damages and demands whatsoever, for or on
account or by reason of said judgment, the following described property, to-wit:
~ ALL that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the Township of Center, Count
' of Beaver and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being Lot No 6 in the Cedar Ridge
~ Estate Plan of Lots, as recorded in the Recorder's Office of Beaver County, Pa.
in Plan Book Volume 15, page 40.
And it is further Agreed that the plaintiff above named shall not look to the
above menrioned and described premises, or any part thereof, for payment of any
part of the principal and interest of said above entitled ~udgment, now or
hereafter to become due, or in any way disturb, molest, put to charge or damage
the present, or any future owner or owerns, occupier or occupers of the said
above mertioned and described premises or any part or portion thereof, for or by
reason of the said judg~rent or any matter, cause or thing, thence accruing or to
