RESTRAINING ORDER '
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Wife's
Motion for a Restraining Order and the Court having taken sworn
testimony and being fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Restraining
Order shall be and it is hereby granted and the Husband, THOMAS ~
EDWARD ALTEN, is hereby enjoined from harassing, threatening,
injuring, hurting, molesting inter£ering with or using physical
violence or otherwise annoying the Wife, BRENDA K. LAMBERT ALTEN.
All and singular the SheriFfs of the State of Florida are
directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be
necessary ir~ insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order
without further order of this Court.
DONE ANll ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, on this llth day of January, 1985.
