KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Maude Margot Humphrey, of the above State and
County, beir~g of sound and disposing mind and memory, and
being conscious of the uncertainty of life and the certain-
ty of c~eath, hereby make, declare and publish this, my Last
Will and Testament, and I hereby revoke any and all other
wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I direct that my Independent Executrix, hereirr~fter
named, pay all of my legally binding debts as soon after
my death as can conveniently be done.
