1. I am the duly appointed Assistant County Attorney for
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. I have reviewed the records of the St. Lucie County
Welfare Department and eospital Indigent Board of St, Lucie
County, Florida, including the Notice of Lien filed against one
Ruby Johnson and recorded in O.R. Book 187 at Page 2490, official
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. The Ruby Johnson named in the Notice of Lien, identified
in paragraph 2 above, whose Social Security Number is 262-34-
0537, was admitted to Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, April 11,
1~70, and discharged May 13, 1970, and resided at 3001 Avenue K,
Fort Pierce, Floridao
4. After due and diligent inquiry, I have concluded that
the person Ruby J. Johnson, of 3802 Avenue N, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, whose social security number is 261-65-0219, is
not the person named in the Notice of Lien identified in
paragraph 2 above. '
