Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
A. Pursuant to Section 5.1.300(9) of the St. Lucie County
Zoning Ordinance, the site plan for the proposed project to be
known as Hutchinson Lodge. (previously granted site plan approval
by Resolution No. 84-29), be and the same is hereby, extended
until March 13, 1986, subject to the following conditions:
(2) The developer shall pay, upon issuance of building
permits, impact fees of $1,200 per unit for
transportation; $300 per unit for police, fire,
and safety; and a total of 54.351.36 for schools.
If a mandatory transportation; police, fire and
safety; or school impact fee becomes applicable to
the project and such mandatory fee is less than
the respective voluntary amount specified in this
condition, the developer may pay the lesser

mandatory fee.

j (2) Tbe developer shall grant to St. Lucie County, by
~ recordable instrument, a perpetual easement of
' access to the wetland areas on the project site
~ for mosquito control activities and purposes.
~ (3) The developer shall construct right and left tvrn
~ lanes on State Road AlA for the access drive to
~ the project.

' B. The conditions set forth in Section A are an integral
and nonseverable part of the site plan approval granted by this
~ resolution. If any condition set forth in Section A is
determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason and the
~
~ developer declines to comply voluntarily with that condition, the
~
~ site plan approval granted by this resolution shall become null
~
and void.

t C. A copy of this resolution shall be attached to the site
~ plan drawing3 describe~ in Section A, which plan shall be placed
~ an file with the St. Lucie County Development Coordinator.
