of the property are John E. Corbaily, James M. Furman and David
ri. ~lurdoch, as Trustees under the provisions of a Trust Agreement
dated the 28th day of December, 1983, and known as the MacArthur
Liquidating Trust Agreement, and that The Bankers Land Compan_y is
the authorized a_qent for the said fee owners.
3. It is understood and agreed by the parties that this
Agreement will be binding upon the fee owners of the Causeway
Property and their heirs, legal representatives, successors and
assigns.
4. The parties understand that any improvement to State
Road AlA (Seaway Drive) will require approval of the Florida
Department of Transportation.
5. This Agreement is being entered into by the parties in
an effort to comply with the spirit of the Hutchinson Island
Resource rlanagement~Plan, and to avoid designation of. portions of
the City of r^ort Pierce as an area of critical state concern.
IN WITNESS ~JHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their
hands and seals the day and year first above set out.
