called the grantee:

and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby ~J

That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment No. 102, and an
undivided share in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance
with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms, and other
provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of LSLAND BEACH CLUB, a
Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 343, on Pages ?32 through
500, and all subsequent Amendments thereto, all as recorded in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THE ABOVE PARCEL LS NOT NOW AND NEVER HAS BEEN THE
HOMESTEAD OF THE GRANTOR.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, conditions, limitations, easements and reservations
of record.
'1'OGSTHBR with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVB AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that the grantor is lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantor has good right and lawful authority
to sell and convey said land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever;
and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes subsequent to December
31, 1984 and that certain mortgage in favor of Biscayne Federal Savings and Loan
Association recorded in Official Records Book 346, page 1532, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which Grantee herein assumes and agrees to pay.
