WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this _~3 day of Decem-
ber, 1984,
IIETWEEN NANCY CAMP, residing at 16 Horse Block Road,
West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, party of the first part,
and
ALBERT J. ESSAY, residing at 7b Jennings Avenue,
Southamptan, New York, party of the second part, ~
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part. for and
in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to i~er in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to the said party of the second par t, he r he i r s
and assigns forever, the following described land, situ-
ate, lying and being in the City of Port St. Lucie,
County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to wit:

He1en Guzewicz, his wife, by deed filed

St. Lucie, Florida, on May 22, 1979 in
Book 309 of Deeds, page 594; said Alf red
W. Guzewi cz havi ng died testate a resi-
dent of Suf folk County, State of New
- York on October 8, 1982 and Helen
Guzewicz, the surviving t~enant by the
entirety, having conveyed the premises
to Nancy Camp by deed recorded in said
off ice on August 30, 1984 in Book 441 of
deeds page 2452.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reserva-
I~, tions, limitations and easements of record; zoning and
~ other regulatory ordinances and taxes for the year 1984.

And the said party of the first part does here-
~ by fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend
~ the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomso-
ever.
