6. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall coPstitute
a change or amendment to the aforementioned renegotiable rate promissory note and
nbrtgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new Obligor.
7. This agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representatives,
successors and assigns of the parties.
8. The Owner shall be bound to the Association to the same extent and in
the same manner as if the Owner were Mortgagor under said mortgage and the maicer of
all renegotiable rate promissory notes secured hereby.
9. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner is satis- .
factory and that the abovs stated new interest rate payable on the sums secured by
said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association hereby consents to the sale,
transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged property to the ~wner.
