THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court on the Motion for Release
from Incarceration of the DEPliRTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES for the
above-named Respondent and the Court having considered the papers filed herein and
being fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Release from Incarceration be
and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriff's Department of St. Lucie County,
Florida, shall and it is hereby ordered to immediately release the above-named
Respondent from incarceration until further order of this Court.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the terms of the Affidavit of the Respondent ~
