ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before this Court for
trial on January 22, 1985, upon the Husband's Petition For
Modification, and, at the clos~ of the evidence-presented therein
by the Husband in his case in chief, the Wife having moved the
Court for direct entry of Judgment for the Wife denying the
Husband's request that the custody of the minor child of the
~j parties be removed from the Wife and placed with the Husband, and
' the Court having heard the evidence presented by the Husband in
~
his case in chief, having heard the arguments of counsel for the
respective parties, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, the Court hereby finds that the Husband, at the close
, of his case in chief, failed to carry his burden of proof to
justify a madification of the custody arrangement of said minor
~
child.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follocas:
~ 1. The Wife's motion for direct entry of judgment for the
~ Wife is hereby granted, and the care, custody and control of the
~ minor chi]_d of the parties, namely, LANDIS WADE KNZGHT, shall
~
continue to be with the Wife.
2. Paragraph SECOND, Subparagraph (b) of the Stipulation
