And Property Settlement Agreement dated July 15, 1981 and
incorporated into the Final Judgment Dissolution Of Marriage
dated 3uly 22, 1981, is hereby modified to read as follows:
(b) The Husband shall additionally be entitled to have
visitation with the child as follows:
(1) Six (6) weeks during the child's summer
school vacation with the condition that the Wife shall have ~
access to and the right to visit with the child every other
weekend of said six (6) week period from 5:00 o'clock p.m. on
Friday to 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Sunday.
(2) Thanksgiving Day beginning 1985 and
continuing in the odd numbered years thereafter; Easter Sunday
beginning 1986 and continuing in the even numbered years
thereafter; Christmas Day beginning 1986 and continuing in the
even numbered years thereafter, and one-half of the child's
Christmas school vacation.
3. The Order entered by this Court~on September 22, 1983 is
not in anyway modified or otherwise affected by this Order and
continues to remain in full force and effect. ~I

4. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is '
