WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the Sum of $20.00
and other valuable considerationa, receipt vhereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grants, bargains, sel;s, aliena, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida
viz:

Commencing at the concrete monument at the NorthWest corner of Blc+ck 10, OCEAN
VIEW SUBDIVISIONs as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 61, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; run Southeasterly on the East right
of Hay line of Seventh Court 114.90 feet, more or less, to point of beginnin~;
then on a back angle of 71°58'45" turn to the left run Easterly 135.52 feet,
more or less, to a point; then on a back angle of ~0° turn to the right run
Sor.therly 60 feet more or less, to a point; then on a back angle of 90° turn to
the right run 116 feet, more or Iess, to the East right of ~ray line of Seventh
Court; then run Northwesterly along said East right of vay line af Seventh Court
63.10 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS N01 NOW, NOR HAS IT EVER BEEN THE GRANTOR'S
HOMESTEAD. ~
TOGETHER WITfl all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD :he same in fee simple forever.
~ AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor is
lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantor has good right and
lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully
warrants the title to said land and will defend the sa~ne against the lawful
ciaims of all persons whomsoever; aad that said land is free of all -
encumbrances, except taxes acerui.ng subsequent to December 31s 1983.
