NOTICE IS HCREBY GIVL'N that the undersigned ~Condominium
Association, by and through its undersigned officer, pursuant
to Section 718.16 Florida Statutes ar.d the Declaration of Con-
dominium hereinafter more particularly identified, claims a
lien for unpaid assessments aad interest thereof, together with
a reasonable attorney's fee incurred by the undersignec~•Condo-
minium Association incident to the collection of such assess-
ments or enforcements of such lien, upon real property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
A certain Condominium Unit No. 214 of OC$AN HARBOUR OONDO-
MINIUM "A", a ~ondominium, in accordance with and subject
to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condoniin-
ium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 338, page
1356, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and in
the amer~ded Declaration of Condominium recorded in Offi-
cial Record Book 338, page 2310, public rec~rds of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
