j~dicially appointod receiver) shall be e~titled to entcr upon, take possession of and ~nanage the Property and !o collect the
rents of the Property including those past due. Any re~ts collected by Lender or the rcceiver shall be applied first to
payment of the oosts of management of the Property and collxtion of rents. including, but not limited ~o, receiver's fees,
premiums on raxiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fas, and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrument.
