determinea: This Court has juriadiction of tbe partiea and

parties is frretrievably broken and should be diesolved. It is

4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the ~
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as ~
may be proper. Further jurisdiction may be invoked by mailing a ~
copy of any future pleadinq by certified mail, return receipt
~ requested, addressee only, to the opposing party; and ~hich sball ;
