MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THIS MODIFICATION AGREEMENT, dated as of February l,
1985, by and between WHITLEY DAVIS~ JR. and RONALD YOUNG, herein-
after called the "Mortgagors", and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
a Florida bankinc~ corporation, hereinafter called "Mortgagee".
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Mortgagors are the owners of that certain tract or
parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of St.
Lucie and State of Florida, described as follows:
Lots 19 and 20, Block B, ALAMANDA VISTA SUB-
DIVI5ION, REVISED PLAT, according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7,
Page 40, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida;
and '
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of a certain
Mortgage recorded in Official Rec~rd Book 389 at Page 927 of the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the

; above described property for the purpose of securing thz payment

3 of a certain Note dated December 8, 1982, in the principal amount

of Thirty-Five Thousand Five Hundred ($35,500.00} Dollars;
