PARTIAL RELEASE OF MJRTGAGE
WHEREAS, Citicorp Industrial Credit, Inc. (Mortgagee), is the owner and holder of
the following mortgage and security interest given by Dixon Ticonderoga Company, a
Delawar~ corporation (Mortgagor):
Mortgage and Security Agreement dated September 26, 1983 in official records
book 412 at page 728 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Mortga~or has requested Mortgagee to release certain property hereinafter
described from the lien and operation of the mortgage;
NOW, THEREFO1tE, Mortgagee, in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten (10) ~
Do?lars and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknoWledged, does remise, release and discharge from the lien and operation of the
mortgage unto Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that certain portion of the
property encumbered thereby more particularly described as follows:
Unit No. #A-302 of Bryn Mawr Ocean Towers, according to the declaration of
condominium, thereof recorded November 2, 1984 in official records book 447
page 840, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and amended in
the amendment to declaration recorded December 6, 1984 in official records
booic 449, page 2825 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
together with the share of the common element apartment to such unit.
To have and to hold the same unto Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever
discharged of and from the lien of the mortgage; provided alWays, nevertheless,
; that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the
affect, lien or encumbrance of the mortgage on the remaining ~aart of such mortgaged
property not hereby released therefrom or any of the rights an,d renedies of the
holder thereof.
