~ARTIAL RELEASE OF `10RTCAGE
WHEREAS, CITICORP REAL ESTATE, INC., a Delavare corporation ("*1~rtqagee"),
is [he ovner and holder of the folloving mortgage and security interests given
by DIXON TICONDEROCA COHPANY, a Delac+are corporation ("Mortgagor"):
~ortgage and Security Agreemen[ dated !~arch 8, 1984 and
recorded Narch 9, 1984 in Official Records Book 425 at
Page 2673; and Unifcrm Cortmercial Code Financing State-
men[ recorded in Official Records Book 425 at Page 2700,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Etorida (Cogether,
the "!lortgage"); and
WHEREAS, Mor[gagor has requested `tortgagee to release certain property
hereinaf[er described from the Lien and operation of [he Mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, Mortgagee, in considera[ion of the prer~ises and [he sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknouledged, does remise, release and discharge from the lien
and operation of the Mortgage unto Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the property encumbered thereby more particularly described
as follovs:
Unit #A-302 of Bryn '~awr Ocean Towers, according to Che
Declaration thereof recorded ~v~r 2,1984 in Official
Records Book 447 at Page ~ of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Elorida,*toge[her wi[h the share of

~age 2825 of the public reeords of St. Iucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Mortgagor, i[s successors and assigns,
forever discharged of and from [he lien of the ~[ortgage; provided always,
nevertheless, tha[ nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
diminish [he effect, lien or encumbrance of Che Mortgage on the remaining part
of such mortgaged property not hereby released therefrom or any of the rights
and remedies of the holder thereof.
IT WITNESS WH OE, Mortgagee has caused this instrument to be executed
