ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the 19th
day of February, 1985 on the husband's Petition for Madification
and the wife's Motion for Enforcement, Order of Contempt and for
Attorney's ~ees and the Court having heard the testimony of the
parties, the arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. PETITION FOR MODIFICATION. That this Court finds
and determines that there has not been a sufficient change in cir- ~
cumstances to warrznt a modification of the Final Judgment of Dis-
i
solution of Marriage and the husband's Petition for Modification
is hereby denied. ~
2. CONTE?~T. That this Court finds that the husband,
ERIC GOLLETT, is in willful contempt of this Court for failure to
make child support Fayments and to pay attorney's fees on behalf
of the wife as ordered by this Court in its Final Judgment dated ~

October 23, 1984. This Court further finds and determines, that
i
' through Friday, February 15, 1935, the husband is in arrears in ~
child support in the amount of seven hundred twenty ei~ht dollars ~

i ($~28.00)representing an arrearage of two hundred fifty three dol- ~
lars ($253.00) on current child support payments and four hundred ~
~
seventy five dQllars ($475.00) o:~payments toward the arrearage as
ordered in the Fina1 Judgment and that the husband has failed to
