TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before ttiis Court upon the Wife's
Motion for Temporary Sole Parental Responsibility, Temporary
~Child Support, Temporary Restraining Order and Temporary
fAttorney's Fees, and the Wife and her counsel having been
~
present and the Husband having failed to appear and not
~having been represented at said hearing and the Court having
~
~taken the testimony of the Wife and the Wife's expert witness
~
~as to attorney's fees and the Court having been otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
j 1. TEMPORARY SOLE PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY OF MINOR
ICHILD: The temporary sole parental responsibility of the
; f`minor child of the parties, BENJAMIN JOE COLEMAN, born
i ~
iJuly 4, 1982, is hereby awarded to the Wife, based upon the ~
~
~ ~
~ ~Wife's testimony that the Husband is frequently under the ~
~ ' ~
~ ~influence of alcoholic beverages so that he may be impaired ;
I
~ jas to making major decisions affecting the welfare of the '
~ ~
~ ~minor child. "Sole parental responsibility" ~eans that
~
~ ~responsibility for the minor child is given solely to the
i
~Wife, DEBRA COLEMAN. However, this Court will grant reason-
. ~
~ i;
t i'able visitation to the Husband consisting of no more than
~
` alternate weekends with the restriction that said visitation
a
~ shall not be granted if the Husband is intoxicated, under II
~ ~ .
~ iithe influence of either drugs or alcoholic beverages at the

~ Itime of said visitation, or if the Husband is impaired in
