HomeMy WebLinkAbout0921 ~ 2. TEHPORARY CHILD SUPPORT: Commencing Friday, the
8th day of March, 1985, and continuing each Friday thereafter
the Husband, WILLIAM F. COLEMAN, shall pay to the Wife,
DEBRA COLEMAN, the sum of $35.00 each and every week for the
tenporary support of the minor child named above. Each pay-
ment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to the Wife at Post Office Box 1384, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of three percent (3X) of each child support payment

~as an administrative fee to be paid to the Clerk. All paymen s
i
ishall be made in cash, money order, or cashier's check. Both
I
of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and resideace addresses at a11
~times while this Order is in effect.

~ 3. TEMPORARY INJUNCTION: Based upon the Wife's
~~testimony of past violence between the parties, the Husband
~is hereby enjQined and restrained from interferring with,
`harrassing or annoying the Wife at all times and places while
~this Order is in effect. This Order shall be enforceable
Iby the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their deputies
I
iand should a violation of this Order take place in the
e ~presence of a sheriff of the State of Florida or his deputies,
~ ~then said officer is hereby ordered and directed to take
i {
Ithe Husband into custody and incarcerate him in the County
~ ~
~,jail in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, but bring him
before this Court on the next available hearing date to show
cause why he should not ~e held in contempt of this Court
I
~for violation of this Order.
4. TEMPORARY ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS: This Court
finds that a reasonable fee for counsel fo records for the

* `iWife in and about these proceedings is two hundred fifty
~
~ ~dollars ($250.00). The costs in this matter to date are
~
~
~ Sixty-six dollars ($66.00). The Husband is hereby ordered

~ ito pay the total sum of three hundred six dollars and 00/100
