expert witness is denied.
2. Dr. Hubert lmscar~ff was named~by the Plaintiff in the Plaintiff's
Amer~ded Pretrial Stat~rent dated February 21, 1985 as a witness.
3. 2he Plaintiff mzy call Dr. lmsonnff as a witness provided that the
Plaintiff produoes Dr. Roscnnff for his deposition in his office in Miami,
March 11, 1985 at 11:00 A.M. I
4. Dr. Hubert R4saroff will make himself available to testify at ;
this trial in Fort Pierve, Florida, if the Plaintiff elects to call him as '
