remained the same during his lay-off, his temporary vork at the
Rodeo Bar lacked the continuity necessary to constitute an
~ccupation, Plaintiff did not fall into the category of
I exclusions under the State Farm Fire and Caeualty Company

~;homeowner insurance policy and therefore there was coverage under
i~the policy. The Defendant is ordered to provide a defense and to

provide full coverage for the Plaintiff as provided under the
