cash, at the east door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, in the

City of Fort Pierce, Florida, after having first given notice as
requirec~ by ~FCtion 45.031, Florida Statutes.
5. Plaintiff shall advance the cost of publishing the
Notice of Sale and the Clerk's Fee of $25.00 for makina thP sale
and 5ha11 be rPimbursed therefor by the C?erk out of the proceeds
af the sale, if the Plaintiff shall not become the purchaser of
the property at the sale.
6. Plaintiff may be a bidder for the purchase of the ~
property at the sa1P. If the Plaintiff shall be the purchaser at
the sale, the Clerk shall credit on the bid of the Plaintiff the
total sum four_c to be due to the Plaintiff, or such portion
thereof as may be necessary to pay fully the bid of the
Plaintiff; except the sums se~ forth in paragraph ?(a) ~f this
Judgment must be paid in cash.
After confirmation of the sale, whether the
confirmation be by the Clerk filing the Certi.ficatP of Title or
by order of this Court ruling upon objections ta such, the Clerk ~
shall make distribution of the proceeds of the sale as follows: '
(a) All costs and expenses of these pr~cPedings '
Gub~equent to the entry of this Summary Judgmen~, including the
cos~ of pubZishing the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for ~
making the sale (unless the Plaintiff, having alre~dy paid ~or
those two items c~f c.ost, shall be the purchaser at the sale), and
the costs of the State Documentarl~ Stamps affixed to the
Certificate of Title.
(b) The total sum herein found to be due to the
Plaintiff, plus interest on the total sum herein found to be due ~
