LOAN ASSOCIATION is the successful bidder at the foreclosure
sale, and respectfully represents to the Court that SUNRISE is
assigning its interest in this asset to Mortgage Development
Corporation, a Florida corpora~ion, if SUNRTSE is the successful
bidder at the foreclosure sale to be set by this Court, and that
the Clerk's Ceitificate of Tit1e should likewise reflect the
title in Mortgage Developm~nt Corparation, a Florida corporation.
