ON DEFENDANT, SOUTH CA.ROLINA INSURANCE COMPANY'S
MOTIONS FOR MORE DEFINITE STP?TEMENT
THIS MATTER, having come before the Court upon the
Motions for More Definite Statements, fiZed by Defendant, South
Carolina Insurance Company, and by agreement of counsel for
the Plaintiffs ana counsel for Defendant, South Carolina Insurance
Company, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the motions are DENIED,
and Plaintiffs agree to withdraw the a].legations in Paragraph
158 of the Third Amended Complaint in the Shelblirne v. The Rodeo
Bar case and Paragraph 158 of the Third Amended Complaint in
the Turner v. The Rodeo Bar case and Paragraph 163 of the Third
Amended Complaint in the Rice v. The Rodeo Bar case, and said
paragraphs are hereby stricken from the respective complaints.
