HomeMy WebLinkAbout0966 ~ ~ 11. The Husband has stated that the Wife may have the possessions and property located in Florida. Upon consideration, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ l. The bonds of matrimony heretofore existi.ng between the Husband and Wife are hereby dissolved and each shall hereafter ~ ~ be single and unmarried. ~ 2. The Wife is given the Husband's interest in all household furnishings, furniture, and personal property located in the former marital residence at 2902 Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida. 3. The Wife is hereby granted the Husband's interest in the 1977 four-door Cadillac, VIN #6D69S7E612832; A. If it shall be necessary for the Wife to present any evidence other than this Judgment to transfer or encumber said vehicle, the Husband is or3ered to execute any and all documents to transfer his interest in said ~rehicle within thirty (30) days of the date hereof; ' B. If the Husband shall fail to do the same, the Court ~ appoints /~o~t+-r ~joYw+q,ti to peform said act in accardance with ~ I - Rule 1.570(c)(3} of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. ~ 4. The Wife is hereby awarded, as periodic, permanent f alimony iantil her death or remarriage, a sum of money equal to one- ~ i ~ third (1/3) of the net retirement pension received by the Husband t ~ for his military retirement and the United States Governmental Agency ~ responsible for said payment shall make such portion paya~le to and ~ paid to the Wife at 2902 Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. ~ 5. The Wife has established a special equity in the former ~ marital reGidence at 2902 Oleander Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, ~ which special equity is equal ~0 75$ and the Court furth~r awards ~ _ her as lump sum alimony any remaining interest of the Husband in and ~ to: ~ ~ ~ A certain parcel of land situate in St. Lucie ~ County, Florida, to wit: ~ " ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ S r Mc ~ annr ~f)~ ~!~:F :~~1
