6. The Wife is further awarded as alimony the note and

security trom Joyce Dean to the Husband and Wife.
7. That the Husband-shall pay on b~half of the Wife to
Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar, McAliley & Jefferson the sum of $1,200.00
as and for a reasonable attorney's fee, and $130.50 as costs; which
sum shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the date hereof and if not
so paid, shall constitute a lien upon the interest, if any, of the
Husband in favor o~ the Wife in and to the former marital residence.
