FINAL JUDGMENT
FOR
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the 20th
day of February, 1985, and the Court having heard the testimony of
the witnesses and reviewed the Financial Statements and the Pre- I

Trial Gatalogues, and having heard the arguments of counsel, makes
these finds of fact:
A. The parties are now husband and wife with a marriage
in excess of eight (8) years;
B. Each of the parties are thirty-four (34) years of age
arid in relatively good health with a~ife having a degree in educa-
tiQn, teaching school since 1978 and lacking only a few hours toward
her Masters Degree and the husband being a skilled contractor;
~ C. That each party had approximately equal income until
~ the last year when the husband's income doubled;

~ D. That the parties constructed a marital home on property
~
purchased by the husband prior to the marriage between the parties
for the amount of two thousand seven hundred dollars ($2,700.Q0) and
transferred into the joint names of the parties after their marriage;
E. That both parties worked on the marital home with the
greater portion of the work being done by the husband and the wife
x making a small contribution of cash and other services;
F. Th~t each of the parties maintained separate bank
accounts with some arrangement having been made for the paying ~f
the household expenses; it is, thereupon, ~

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JANET
PRESTON, wife, and PATRICK T. PRESTON, husband, be and the same is
