EQUITABLE DISTRIBUTION. The wife shall retain the esclusive use and possession of the 1984 Toyota automobile and shall assume and be solely responsible for the outstanding indebtednes~ . thereon and the the husband shall have exclusive use and possession of the 1984 Dodge Van. That the husband shall retain possession of the queen-size bed, stereo, black and white television set, tools and his personal belongings and that the wife shall retain possession of all other items of personal property now located in the marital home, all of which were owned by the wife prior to the marriage bet~?~een the par- ties. All cash accumulations, including checking accounts and savings accounts, in the joint and separate names of the parties E shall be divided equally between the parties with the exception of t the approximately thirteen hundred dollars ($1,300.00) estimated tax payment *~ahich was due and payable by the husband prior to the date of , this hearing, the exact amount of which shall first be deducted from the cash accumulations with the balance of said cash being divided equally between the parties. ; 3. SPECIAL EQUITY. The husband is hereby awarded a special f equity in the wife's interest in the ~narital home representing the E ' value of the lot purchased by the husband prior to the marriage between ~ the parties, in the amount of two thousand seven hundred dollars ($2,700.00). ~ ~ 4. '.~.ARITAL HOME. The marital home, located at 190 S.W. ~ Fairway Avenue, Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida, shall be sold and the net procee3s therefrom divided equally between the par- ~ ties~ taking into consideration the husband's special equity as set out herein above and each party is hereby ordered to cooperate with - the other in order to effectuate the sale of the marital home.
