3. The Respondent shall have reasonable visitation rights
and shall be able to exErcise these rights on alt~xnate weekends,
beginning the weekend of March 2, 1985, and continuing every
other weekend thereafter. Petitioner shall be responsible for
arranging a location where the Respondent can pick up his sons.
The Respondent cannot visit or pick up his sons at Petitioner's
ho~ne. Further, Respondent shall give Petitioner reasonable
notice of his intention to exercise his visitation rights.
4. The Respondent, whose present address is 2704 Booker
Street, Fort PiQrce, Florida 33450, is directed to pay to the
Clerk of St. Lucie County, the sum of $200.00 per month, beginnina
on Friday, March 1, 1985, and continuing on the first of each
month thereafter, and ending when the last of the parties' minor
children dies, marries, becomes self supporting, or reaches the -
age of 18, whichever occurs first, unless otheYwise ordered by
the Court. Respondent shall pay any service charge or other
statutory charge in connection with these payments.
5. It is further ordered that Respondent shall promptly
notify the Clerk of Court of all changes in his mailing and
~ residence address, and all changes in the na~e and address of

` his employer.
f 6. It is further ordered that upon Respondent fallin~ in ~

~ arrears on any support payment, the Clerk of Court is authorized ~

to sw~nons Respondent to appear and give a sworn statement as to ,
~ his current employment status and sources of income. Respondent
~ may be st~oned to appear before the Clerk by sheriff service or
~ by registered mail, return receipt requested, and the cost th~reof
~
~ shall be reimbursed by Respondent. Failure of Respondent to appear
before the Clerk after being properly su~oned, shall be deemed in i
, contempt of court and punished as such.
t 7. It is further ordered and adjudged that the child support ,
~ payments ordered herein are subject to further orders of this
~ Court for income deduction pursuant to Section 61.181, Florida
~
