Upon the payment of any support ordered herein } ; becoming delinquent more than 30 agys, the Clerk of Court shall promptly apply for an order of income deduction, if appropriate, or enforce the terms of this order by any civil or criminal remedies available by law. 8. The Respondent shall pay all debts jointly incurred by the Petitioner and Respondent which are outstanding as of the date of this Final Judgr.~ent, and shall hold the Petitioner harm- ~ less with respect to any actions taken to collect upon them. ~ These d~bts include but are not limited to the followin~: ~ Hospital and me dical bills. 9. The Respondent shall maintain adequate and comprehensive health insurance palicies for the parti~s' ninor children, and shall pay any medical, dental and optieal bills incurred by the children not covered by insurance. 10. The Respondent is directed to maintain a life insurance policy as security for the support of the parties' children and to designate the Petitioner as the beneficiary of said policy. 11. The Respondent and Petitioner are mutually enjoined and restrained fro~ molesting, threatening, harassing, or comin~ , around the premises of each other. ~ 12. Any incone tax refund to which the parties are entitled ~ ~ shall be awarded tQ the Petitioner. In addition, Petitioner shall ; t ~ be entitled to deduct the minor children, JAMES RONALD MACKEY JR. ? E and KERBY LaMONT MACKEY, as dependents for incone tax purnases. ~ E 13.
