ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS CAUSE came on before the Court this date upon ~
the Stipulation dated ~an~~ 25 , 1985-, between Plaintiff,
MAUREEN HOLMES, and Defendant, NATIONAL STATES INSURANC~ ~
COMPANY, a corporation doing business in the State of Florida,
and the Court having considered the te rnns of the Stipulation
4 and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
accordingly ~ .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. All of the allegations as set forth in the
Complaint of Plaintiff, MAUREEN HOLMES, together with all
amendments thereto, have been adjusted and settled between the
parties under the terms and provisions thereof, and Plaintiff's
Complaint against Defendant, NATIONAL STATES INSURANCE COMPANY,
shall be and the same hereby dismissed with prejudiced.
~ 2. The terms and provisions of the Stipulation

E between the parties are hereby approved by the Court, incorpora-

~ ted by reference herein, and shall become a part of this Order.

3. Each party sha11 execute and deliver, upon request,
~ all documents including appropriate releases necessar to carr

~ out and effectuate the provisions of this Order.

~ 4. Jurisdiction is hereby retained for the purpose
` of insuring ca~tpliance with the provisions of this Order.
