THIS CAUSE having come to be heard before the Court and
the Court having considered the evidence presented, the argu-
ments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
gremises, finds and determines as follows:
1. That the Defendant, Paul Wendall Barnhill
is indebted to the Plaintiff in the amount of
