ORDER

` This cause came on to be heard on the foregoing Stipulation,
~ and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it i~
ORUERED that the Defendant's Motion for Physical Examina-
tion of the Plaintiff be and the same is hereby granted, and the
Plaintiff, MARGARET G RANDHAM , shall present herself
~ for ph~?sical examination by a physician and at a time to be agreed
~
~ upon between the parties. If agreement cannot be reached as to
~ the examining physician, the Court will make a further ruling on
~ this particular issue. It is further
ORDERED that the Plaintiff shall execute appropriate
; authorizations to allow the exarnining physician to obtain a-rays
