The relief sought in and by this suiti is the '
foreclosure of that certain ~artgage given by RICR NEYLSON
RESIDSNTIAL CONTRACTORS, INC., to Plaintiff, recorded on
December 16, 1983, in Official Record Book 419, Page 372,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flori~a and that certain
mortgage given by RICR NEILSON RESIDENTIRL CONTRACTaRS, INC.,
to Plaintiff, recorded on August 4, 1983, in Official Record
Book 407, Page 2407, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. Plaintiff has also demanded an Order decreeing the
sale of the property under direction of the Court in default
of the payment of the amount set out to be due Plaintiff under
the mortgages, and for other and i ther and general relief
set forth in the Complaint.
