3. Affiant nlso understands that Lender is making the ~sortqaqe ~
loan subject to preferred interest rates ar~d downpay~aent requirements ~
since the property will provide a residence for the Affiantj anci that
these special terms would not be avatlable if the property-was b~sing
purchased as an investment property.
4. It is the l~ffiant who states that:
a) He (she) vill occupy the property as a pria~ry residence.
b) T'he property is beinq purchased for the sole purpose of
xcupancy and not for the purpose of being leasecl, rented,
' or used for investe~ent puzposes.
, 5. In the event the Investor requires that the Lender rs-purchase
the a~ortgage loan on the grour?ds that the property is an investment
property and not a residence, Ler~der may accelerate the payment of the
aartqage loan, and, if the saa~e is not paid within fiftaetti (25) days of
~Lender's notice of acceleratfon, Lender esay declare Afffant in default
and enforce Lender's rights with appropriate legal action. ~
6. Further, in the event it is found that the propert~r was ~
purchased as an investment property and not a primary residence, Lender
awy accelerate the payment of the mortgaqe loan, and, if the sae~e is
not paid within fifteen (15) days of Lender's notice of acce28ration,

appropriate legal action. ~
