BEFORB ME, the underaiqned authority in and for the County and Stato
nforesaid, personally appeared Larrv Stroud and Marv Stro~d. his '
wife. ("Afffant") r+ho by se first being duly
sworn, deposes and aaya:
1. Afffant has applied for a mortgage loan from Allianca Mortgage
Compa~y ("Lender") to finance and purchase of (the "Proporty") located
at 1302 Nebraska Avenue. Unit 23B

2. Affia~nt understands that Lender is ~aalcinq the mortqaqe loan
pursuant to a commitsent fraa the Investor to purchase the ~aortqaqe
loan from I.ender. ~ ~
3. ~ffian~ also underetands that Lender is makinq the a~ortqeqe
loan subject to preferred interest rates and downpaysent requirements
since the property Will provide a residence for the Affiantt and that
these special terms would not be available if the property was beinq
purchased as an invegtment property.
4. It is the Affiant who statas that:
a) He (she) Will occupy the property as a primary residence. -
~ b) The property is beinq purchased for the sole purpose of
: occupancy and not for the purpose of beinq lease8, rented,
or used for investment purposes.
5. In the event the Investor requires that the Lender re-purchase
the mortgage loan on the grounds that the property is an investment
property and not a residence, Lender may accelerate the payment of the
mortqage Ioan, and, if the same is not paid within fifteen (15) days of
~ ~Y.ender's notice of acceleration, Lender may declare Affiant in default
and enforce Lender's rights with appropriate legal action.

~ 6. Further, in the event it is found that the property was
purchased as an investment property and not a primary residence, Lender
