1. The parties hereto were married on ~4th day of
October , 1977, in Dade County, Florida, and are
now husband and wife; and
~ 2. As a result of disputes~ unhappy differences be-
tween the parties, and other unfortunate circumstances, it ~ .
appears that the parties may separate. ~
3. Husband and Wife intend and it is tlie purpose of :
this Agreement to make a compiete and final settlement of a`11
claims that each may have against the ~ther for properr_y, i
alimony, maintenance or any other matter and to memorialize
the separation of the parties and their agreement to remain
separated.
