SECTION II
NO r10LESTATION OR INTERFERENCE
Neither party shall molest nor interfere caith the
other nor compel or attempt to compel the other to cohabit
or dwell with him or her by any means whatsoever, by legal
~ action or otherwise.
SECTION III
RELEASE OF ESTATE RIGHTS
Each party releases all righC to share i_n rhP est~re
of Che other or to serve as execuCor. administrator or per-
sonal representative of the estate of the other, except
only as pravided by will or codicil to will executed sub- ~
sequent to the date of this Agreement~ and except for any
claims arising from breach of this Agreement.
SECTION IV
. ' DEBTS AhD OBLIGATIONS
'~he parties agree that they have no outstanding debts,~
~ bills or obligat~ons, with the exception of a purchase money _
mortgage on one of the properties to be received by the

~ Husband, as set forth hereinafter. The Husband shall be ~

responsible for payments on the said purchase money martgage ~

~ which encumbers the praperty that shall belong to him as set
~ forth herein. ,
The parties agree that each of them shall pay any and
all debts incurred by him or her after the daCe of this , _

~ therefor. Except as set forth above, no other debts of the
