SECTION V ~
SUPPORT ~F CNILDREN; RESID~NCE; NAME ~ CUSTODY
Husband shall, during the minor~ty of each child of
the parties set forth above, pay to Wife as and for the
necessary support and maintenance of ea~h child, the sum of ~

$175.00 per month~ per child~ comQnencing the day of

-l~ 1981. Tile parties reco~nize and agree that
the sums set forth herein are fair, just and adequate for
~ . the support and maintenance of the said minor children.
It is further agreed that the Wife shall have per-
manent custody of both minor children~ and that the Husband
shall have full and unlimited visitation and temporary cus-
t~dy of either or both children, at such times and occasions ~
and for such perio~s of time as the parties may agree from
time to time. It is agreed that the Wife may maintain her
permanent custody of the children outside the State of
Florida should she so desire, and that the Husband~ on most
'uccasions wheil he exercises his rights of temparary c~!stody, ~

~ may maintain such temporary custody within or without the '

~ State of Florida. ,
~ It is further agreed and covenanted by the ti~ife that ~

~ in the event the parties should suf~Ge~uently dissolve their
marriage, and in the event the Wife should remarry, she
~ shall take no action to have the children bear any family
name other that~ "riancini", nor shall any adoption proceed-
ings be instituted regarding the said children so long as
Nusband remains alive. ,
SECTION VI
DIVISION OF PKOPERTY
~ The Wife hereby releases, quit claims and assigns to

~ the Husband all of her right, title and interest in the
