Certain land in Giles County, Virginia~ which
legal description is as per that certain Deed ~
dated April 19, 1976 in favor of DAVID ROLAND
r1ANCINI~ aCtached hereto as Exhibit "A". :
The Husband hereby releases, quit claims and assigns
to the Wife all of his right, title and interest in tl~e pro-
perties legally described as:
Port St. Lucie~ Section 27. Block 70, Lot 4;
Port St. Lucie, Section A8, Block 1197, I~ot 31;
Port St. Lucie, Section 08, Block 119%, Lo*_ 30.
In addition to the fore~oing~ the parties shall own
as tenants in common, in equal shares, the former marital
residence located at 544 N. W. Azine Avenue, in Port St.
Lucie, Florida, further described as Port St. I,ucie, Section
27, Block 114, Lot 24. In the event that Wife desires to sell,
convey or otherwise dispose af any or all of her inCerest
•therein, the Husband shall have a right of first refusal to
acquire the Wife's interest therein, at the same Cerms and ;

~ conditions upan which the Wife proposes to make disposition ~
of same to a third par~y. In the event the Wife intends to
~ make such a disposition, she shall give Fiusband written notice
~ ~

~ of such intentions, including therein all terms and conditions
of the intended disposition~ and the Husband shall thereaft~r
have a period of fourteen (14) days [following his receipt
of notice from the wife] in which to deliver to the Wife,
written notice.of his intention to exercise his ri¢ht of first _
refusal as set forth ~<< this paragraph. Failing to deliver
such notice of intenCion to exercise his right of first re-
~ fusal as described above, the Husband shall be deemed to have

waived such right in connection with the dispositic~n in re-
