Iti re~ard to the said marital residence, 544 N. W. Azine
Avenue, Port St. Lucie, the parties contemplate that the Wife

shall not res~ide therein; in th~~ event that Nusband resides
th~rein, he shall pay to [Jife the sum uf ONE ~itINDRED DOLLARS
($100.00) p.er month for each month thaC he so resides in the
former marital home. In the event the said h~aneis rented to
a third party, the rental income so derived shall be divided
~ equally between the parties following payment of all expenses
~ incurred in connection with the house, including principal
and interest on any mortgages, taxes, insurance, and any
other such charges. The costs of carryitig the house in re-
gards to finaiicing thereupon shall, in any event, be borne
equally by the parties inasmuch as each shall hereafter own
an undivided one-half interest in the said home.
There is hereby transferred, set over~ assigned and
confirmed unto the Husband, as his sole property, the
following items of personal property, currently owned by
the parties: '
I; A. Five-foot t5') sofa;
' B. King-size bed;
i C. Bedroom dresser;
i D. Lazi-boy Chair;
E E. Coffee Cable;
E F. Teak end tables;
~ G. Nineteen inch (19") Sears television;
~ H. Sea fan;
I. Boat picture;
- J. Qne-t±.alf of pots, pans, dishes and silverware,
whicti divi.sion shall be made by the parties
~ by alternating choices with the first selec-
tion to be made to the party who wins a toss
of a coin between the parties;
