SECTION VII ;
ALIMONY ~

Both parties acknowledge that the foregoing division =

of property and provisions for maintenance of the minor ~hild-
ren are full, fair and adequate and that each party.has the
ability to support himself or herself independently of the
other. Accordingly, for and in con5ideration of all of the
foregoing mutual covenants and promises, each party does ~

hereby forever release the other from any claim he or she
now has or claim to have in the future in regard to alimony, ~
maintenance or support, whether same be denominated as
alimony, permanenC alimony, tempc~r~~ry alimony, peric~dic
alimony, lump sum alimony, rehabilitative alimony, or any
other denominated monitary contribution other than as set
.forCh in the preceding articles or para~raphs of this agree-
: ment. Additionally, neither party shall make any claim ~
! upon any of the properties, assets or interests of the other
party except in regard to the items described in the fore-
~ going paragraphs of this agreement; further, neither party ~

~ shall make any claims against any rights of the other. in

~ regard to inneritance, in any manner whatsoever.

SECTION VIII ~
MISCELLANEOUS ~

The parties represent to each other that each has ~

~ made a full disclosure to the other of his or her assets.and !

~ current financial condition. The parties acknowledge that

~ all other personal property has been divided and each agrees
~ to the division as made and possession as now held by each.

with any of the provisions of this Agreement is not ~ wai~•er
