each party releases the other from all claims and demands up
to the date of execution of this Agreement including any and
all claims ~or alimony (whether periodic, lump sum. rehabil-
itative or otherwise denominated), support and interests in
property or assets. real, personal or otherwise.
SECTION IX
EXECUTYON OF AGREEMENTS
. Each party shall promptly execute and deliver to the ~
other party, or any nominee or nominees o~ the other party, t~.
all instruments that may be necessary convenient or appro-
priate to carry inte e~fect fully and fairly all of the pro-
visions of this Agreement, including but not limited to those
for division and confirmation of property and rnutual releases
thereof.
SECTION X
TIODIFICATION AND $INDiNG EFFECTS OF AGREEMENT
