all of that certain tract or parcel of real estate situate on Wolf
Creek Mountain, in Giles County, Virginia, further descri.hed as

BEGINNING ar a stake on the line of the United States
National Forest; thence with the line of the National
Forest S 77° 10' W, 892 feet to a stake; thence running
down the mountain N 2° 10' W. 300 feet to a sCake; thence
N 84° 51' W through the land of Elmer R. Collier and
Janetta W. Collier, his wife, to a stake; thence S S° 35'
E, 300 feet to the point of BEGINNING, and being the same
real estate which was conveyed unto the parties of the
fir-st part by a deed from Garfield R. Midkiff and Mary B.
' Midkiff, husband and wife, dated June 4, 1975, which is
j of record in the Clerk's Officc of Giles County, Virginia,
