W I T N E S S E T H:

3. Pursuant to said Section VI, the Husband and Wife
were to equally bear the expenses relating to said residence;
however, the Wife has indicated to the Husband that she is
currently unable to centribute to the carrying of said
property, and has agreed to grant to Husband certain rights,
set forth below, in exchange for Husband's agreement to .

~ table, and Wife shall fully cooperate in

consummaCing such a sale.
